Verizon can make calls but not receive
Current issue has been going on now for almost two months. I consistently cannot receive calls and things go through to voicemail. After two to three weeks of trying to troubleshoot off and on, I found out I had missed several calls from my doctors and a prospective employer and chose to call Verizon to escalate it and get a trouble ticket open.If call forwarding is on, turn it off in your phone’s settings. Go to Settings, input ‘Call Forwarding’ in the search bar, and set it to off. It may vary depending on your device. Alternatively, you can also turn off Call forwarding on My Verizon. To disable it: Go to ‘Account’.
