With two Tiffins in five years and 45,000 miles I have had no issues with the slide mechanisms, just a small issue with kinked wiring under the bed.Fit and finish, Newmar and Tiffin are on par with each other. Companies are similar with Tiffin a little better in customer service. Newmar does have a few better choices in floorplans that have better TV viewing. However, the new RED 37BA from Tiffin has TV viewing right across from the main sitting area.
