Jan 24, 2024 at 4:23 PM. I just found out at 19 weeks 4 days I am carrying mo/di twins. It was completely missed on my 8 weeks scan. My hcg levels were lower this pregnancy then they were with my singleton and with my miscarriage. My first draw was was at 3 weeks 5 days at 52, then a week later was 490 4 days later was 3,799. m.My numbers were pretty dang high, too. A 2nd set of lab work revealed 985 hCG and 25 progesterone at 4 weeks 3 days. The dr and nurse were shocked and thrilled to see such high numbers.

If HCG doubles every 48 hours, at 4 weeks 1 day your HCG would have been close to 100. In early pregnancy a few days makes a big difference!
