To me, the best exp farm is the mutant rat bosses (TMNT Easter egg) in the bloodshot stronghold. It's available fairly early in the game, and you get 25k exp every 3 minutes or so. I tried that too, you get the same xp from the assassins and a better chest, plus, theres no backtracking like with the rats.Open your steam library, right click bl2. There are 6 different prefixes it can choose from, so essentially you’ve got a 1/10 chance then another 1/6 chance after that to get your DPUH. The Borderlands 2 Reddit. Savage Lee has (roughly) a 10% chance to drop a Harold each time you kill him. The DP prefix is quite a bit rarer. Honestly, try a regular one before you decide that the DP is the only thing you'll settle for. In most cases, a regular Harold is more than sufficent.
