I know people pvp at lvl 65/66 a lot, but I haven't heard of any methods to get the jewels, so I assume they just craft them. I don't know if they've added better than 6%, but you can buy tumeric (in Caravan), your school's perfect gem (from Celestia), and some treasure card (all of which are available in the Arcanum) to make your school's pierce gems pretty easily. Pretty sure the recipe is the 95-115, which can be bought either in the Arcanum or Caravan. However in this offensive meta you are often going to benefit more from pierce than heal boost. This stat may be seen with more defensive sets but for the average set in this meta pierce and even flat damage beats it out. P.S.: To those who believe you don't need pierce jewels for exalted PvP, please tell me the last time you saw a warlord without these.
