Back up alarm and Back up lights are 2 separate circuits. The lights are powered by a 20amp fuse labeled accessory in position E2 in the cab. The power comes out the bottom rectangle plug on the firewall and is the same power that goes to the air drier as well. According to the diagram, it may be the bottom left fuse. I'm not sure if the location is accurate though. If that fuse was blown I don't think the mirrors will move.See if you can locate that fuse.
