You’ll notice auto subs are definitely working if you set auto subs for positions other than RB. I’m running 12 min quarters and 18 second runoff. I run Coach Mode and found some good gameplay sliders, but not sure how to get more substitutions. My first game I controlled the Titans and Derrick Henry had a great game with 27 ... Madden 20 btw. The auto sub sliders are what you need but you'll need to play with them depending on your stamina setting. Try 70 or 75 out and 85 in. 70 or 75 means that when your RB's stamina hits 75 he'll go to the bench and when his stamina builds back up to 85 he'll get subbed back in.Overall I think the sliders work good, I also do trait edits before each game to which I think helps a bit.
