The best I've got is a TE that started at 76ovr with a superstar dev trait but everyone else I draft comes in the 70-75 range or lower of course. I look at the attributes and look for the great-elite's as much as possible.The first is pretty simple to add. Just College stats in the player card during scouting. It would add some depth to scouting. This let's you see if a guy's stats match their draft rating. The chemistry system is a bit harder. NHL does a ok job (not good but not awful) with this. I'd tweak it personally.CAREER/SEASON/GAME RECORDS TAB - This is one of my favorite aspects of the sheet. It allows you to input your team's all-time record holders for accurate tracking of the players in your franchise that break them.
