Check your RagePluginHook.ini and look for PluginTimeoutThreshold, change it to 60000 If not done already. Also, I recommend cleaning up your mods: ArrestManager.dll, TrafficPolicer.dll; are outdated and all functionality has been replaced by StopThePed. ComputerPlus.dll, replace with CompuLite. LSPDFR+.dll, outdated as well.Load gta without lspdfr so in the ragehook settings untick lspdfr and load the game without it. The in game press F4 and type.
