Comes with the S&B intake, 5" def/dpf del exhaust, DP, res del, Pcv block off, egr del, cp3 pump and kit, and lift pump. They broke out the parts and it was a bit over $5000.64. The first thing you need to verify on a no-start condition is fuel pressure, so hook up a scan tool and check for any DTC codes. There are a few that might pop up, including a P0087 which indicates low fuel rail pressure. If there are no DTC codes currently set, log Fuel Rail Pressure with the scan tool while you crank the engine over.The fuel pressure regulator 2 outlet volume test must be performed while the no start condition is present or incorrect diagnosis may occur. Engine cranking for 15 seconds. Observe the volume of fuel from fuel pressure regulator 2. The volume of fuel should be less than 10 ml (0.4 oz).

Using a test light, check the small wire on the starter for power when the key is turned to start. If it has signal from the key every time then the problem is the starter.
