(LHI), was one of the companies awarded three U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contracts on Nov. 20 to provide medical disability examinations to veterans and separating service members in Regions 1, 2 and 3, representing 39 states through the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). I recently had 2 exams set up through a 3rd part and they wanted me to drive 1 hour for one, and 2 hours for the other.
