IMHO. For HD and a range toy, the PC9 gets my vote. It is rugged and reliable. Down side is it is over engineered and heavier than necessary. The NATO rd is not a +p, but it is hotter than a standard load. Both have shot great and so far no issues. The loads I use most are standard 115 gr rds.
