Hello everyone, Hoping you can help with this minor but annoying issue I'm having. I have the new Fios TV Voice Remote. On one TV I am able to scroll up and down through the TV Guide or channels by pressing the Navigation Ring up-down. I think I fixed it by unplugging the box, disconnecting the remote (hold the buttons to sync it out of range of any box, then push them again so the light blinks red), rebooting the router, plugging the box back in and spamming the menu button on the remote as the box booted.
