I hope this is not due to transmission failures. Problems: Engine Check Light goes on, D drive blinking, Car jerk after the car stop (brake) or slow down. If you know exactly what the problem ... I'd start with the basics. Check the brake fluid level (which Honda should have checked). Check all the fuses related to those systems. Have the battery load tested (which Honda should have done). Etc. Has there been any accidents, incidents, or recent work done on the car? And even though it's a longshot; check the rear brake pads.The check engine flashing indicated that there was ongoing misfires. The dealership should have seen the code (s) for misfires, P0300-0304. That information would have been stored as well as the counters would have increased. You can pull the misfire counters in mode $06. Misfires can be caused by 3 issues.
