I had sent an email about the alloy frame, barrel looseness and the breakage of some of the springs on some gun reviews.Q&A. Return to the classic style of the Old West with the Heritage Rough Rider .22 Revolver. The 4.75" microthreaded, machined barrel is inserted into the frame for optimal barrel and cylinder gap. The cocobolo grip is functional and decorative, and the flat-sided hammer has an authentic look. A hammer block is mounted into the recoil shield.

Put almost 300 rounds down range past two days without issue. Shot everything from Stingers to CB Longs and even some shot shells. I was more impressed when I purchased a Chiappa version with a 12 inch barrel. The Chiappa shoots great, but looks and feels like a toy gun. The Rough Rider looks and feels like a big brand gun.
