Unless your dealer eliminates it and puts another holder in. Pull the fuse and check it/ swap it out. Don't tell me it "looks" ok cause unless you test it it's only speculation. If that fuse is good folllow the wire to power source ( another fuse in the panel or splice under the dash ) and check that source.
