That is almost exactly like one of the builds I've theorycrafted. The only thing is 16 dex (and more fashionable pants). I don't really like rapiers in DS1 (I love them in 2 and 3 tho), so it's a Wanderer start if I want some dex for better enchanted weapons and Velka's, or Sorc start for 11 dex and MLGS/MLBH only.
