Basically if you get downed/die then revive when you have your insured weapon in you inventory, the next match your weapon can be unusable. The fix is fairly simple. clear all slots. click on the slot you wanna fill with a weapon. click on a weapon you wanna use from insured slot or contraband stash. this should move the weapon into your primary or secondary slot.
