I got this tractor and although it appears all the parts are here according to 'cubcadet.com' parts list, it can't be set up correctly. The throttle lever has little movement before the linkage goes full open to full closed. The throttle cable bends around on what I would say is too tight of an angle.Based on the amount of oily dirt caked on top and the sides, your hydro relief valves are definitely leaking (squirting) oil out of the small holes in the top. After the o-rings inside get so old inside the relief valves, they start burping out a squirt of oil each time you start the engine.
