pretty much as the others said, Balancing is the reason why, in btd5 the bloon chipper is stupidly powerful, being able to effectively stun rounds almost indefinitely and having decent damage output. Adding a 3rd path would make the balancing even more difficult to do, so NK chose to not bring it back since it would be a balancing nightmare ... i ended up filling a co-op game with glue gunners in btd6 ... Also, RIP Bloonchipper(Ninja Kiwi said that Bloonchipper wouldn't be coming to BTD 6) ...
