@JefferMC, doing some googling around it seems that traceroute can return multiple ips for a single hop if the all have the same weight kind of like a load balancer.. What I was pointing out is the skewed latency in 1 of the 3 returned addresses on each run. Also there were more than 3 addresses each time as well, which means there are more that 3 ips with the same weight between hop 6 and 7.There was only match were my packet loss was a problem and stayed in the 5-15% range. The other matches my packet loss was either 0 or it intermittently would spike to 1-3% or so. My latency in game was also noticeable better. It's still not as good as I would expect, but overall it was better than it has been.
